Hair trauma, Procrastination, and the Rule of Three's

So since I last checked in, I've dyed my hair not once, but twice, and am about to dye it for a third time. Don't ask me why, I'm just a little crazy. Also, I have not one, not two, but three papers to write for this/next week. Coincidence? I think not.

Things I'm learning

1. A clean room offers a new perspective on life.

2. Coffee is magic.

3. Becoming animal (in order to be more human).

2 am

Slight improvement! I'll make this short, because I want to get to bed at a decent hour, but here's a quick update of my day. Woke up around 11, showered, got dressed, and worked on my essay for Moderns I (early film as illusionism) for about an hour, then walked to Holburn (accidentally) while on the phone with my mom. Went about an hour out of my way and ended up taking the tube from Holburn to UCL to meet up with my friend Jack (an hour late :/ ). Walked to the British Museum and looked at "the Americas," which reminded me of my Grandparent's Native American art collection. On the way, visited an art shop that looked like the wand shop from Harry Potter, and after the museum wandered in to an antique book store across the street that Jack is very fond of. Walked back to UCL and took the bus home, then met up with Winnie around 8 planning to go to a UCL concert, which sadly turned out to be non-existent. Instead of heading home however, we decided to be adventurous and made our way over to Soho for a conert at Madame Jojo's, and ended up seeing a really great show at an intimate venue (Fiction, No Joy, and Girls Names). No Joy and Girls Names were pretty blah, but Fiction was actually really good.

Night!
